Desert heat flavor wings were good. Good beer selection on tap. The bar area allows smoking, which can be a pro or con.

I have tried to like this BWW because it's the closest one but I can't try any more. The service is so bad. The final straw was when I got bad food poisoning and we decided we were done. Unfortunately I was talked into giving them another chance. Our server brought the wrong flavor wings and the wrong beer. The manager brought the correct wings and apologized. We spoke for a while about my food poisoning and how we were ready to give up on them. He said we should give them another chance and I said that was why I was there and they messed up again. He said " we'll get it right next time" and walked away. So to today.... Once again, got talked into BWW. Asked for a booth (lots clean/open) and got a wall bench/ 2 seat table. Server was brutal. I asked for a rebel IPA since its on the menu. She came back and said "we don't have whatever you asked for". I said okay, how about a Sam Adams? She came back and said they didn't have that either. I walked to the bar and spoke to the bartender and she said they had Sam Adams. Went back to the table and the sever came back. I told her they had Sam Adams and she said it wasn't listed on the computer. I told her that I spoke to the woman who would pour the beer into the glass and she said "well it's not in the system". I asked her if I could please have the Sam Adams and she said she couldn't order it. Unable to reason, we walked out. Sorry Del City BWW, we're done,no more chances!

Typical BWW. Food isn't great but it isn't bad. The wings weren't sloppy like most BWW. They actually had the perfect amount. Service was pretty slow, but it was a place to watch the game.

Ordered "small" boneless wings, side salad and water... my bill was $18. WTF?? Didn't want the lunch special menu since their new menu includes fries which I didn't want. I'm fine with paying $18 for my lunch if it was worth it. While the food was decent, it was unwarranted here. Will not go again.

I have been here a few times and love the one in Edmond. However, this visit was particularly bad. Our glasses were so dirty, we had to request new ones. You couldn't even see through the grime. Then my food had a hair in it that clearly didn't belong to me. They offered to replace the food, but I'm already too disgusted. There was also gum on our table and used wet wipes in the holder. The waitress (Carleigh, I think) was friendly though.

I know their service sometimes s slow but my server tonight is great during her dinner time !:)

I mostly come to pick up to go orders. This place is slow, but I understand the waiter/waitresses are pretty swamped. They are friendly though , which makes up for time. Food I have been satisfied with for a quick lunch or dinner. Atmosphere is not that interesting.

I love chicken, I can put down some chicken but when I choose their little wings this isn't the place I'd go to for flavor. Why do I eat here? Well, that answer is easy to figure out. It's close to my house, has a lot of beer on tap and has a HUGE TV. The wings aren't horrible, they just aren't as crisp & fresh as I'd like them to be. The sauces are nice, especially the parmesan garlic. Ignore the Buffalo Chips, they are just sliced fried potatoes with no stuff on 'em. Instead, get the Potato Wedges, they are seasoned and crispy. Not a bad place for a chain, go mid week for some of their specials, otherwise this place is kinda spendy (for wings).

No thank you! At least not this location. Beer and TV's get a 4 everything else gets a 1 so I averaged. 1. Snotty hostesses that were grouped at the check-in area not paying a lick of attention to me, checking their asses out in front of my children. 2. Food was mediocre even though I've heard they have some great food. 3. SERIOUS FOOD POISONING!! Went back to hotel room and my little guy that ordered wings puked it all up in a matter of an hour or so and was ill for several hours after.

Great service. I tried a new sauce on my wings and wasn't a fan, the waitress replaced them for me with no charge. Very attentive and great happy hour prices.

I'm giving BW3's a 4 star because I usually stay at the Holiday Inn right up the street and when I started going to OKC, there was nothing in the area, yet walking distance, to do to for a after work drink or night cap. This problem has been solved. There are two areas here, one smoking and one not. The bar area is obviously the smoking area. I typically pony up to the bar and just drink, food at a BW3's is just par. Wings are smaller then I like and are hit or miss with regards to meatiness. I do love their spicy garlic sauce and the chicken buffalitos are my food of choice outside of wings. This location is huge. There is a karaoke night which I always look forward to because the place really packs them in. The bartenders are really nice, especially September (that's her name), good looking with a little attitude. Unfortunately my project has ended so my trips to OKC are probably over. Thanks for the good times BW3's!!

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. My husband and I have tried eating here several times in hopes that our terrible food and service was a fluke. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The last time we were there was on a Saturday, we were seated right away by the hostess. We waited and waited for our waitress to show up but she never made an appearance. Other waitresses were walking by, talking amongst themselves and starring at us but none bothered to ask us if we needed anything. Finally we decided that this is a lost cause and wanted to see how long they were going to let us sit there. 20 minutes later one of the "busy" other waitresses asked us if we had been served and that's when we asked to see the manager. The manager there is completely useless, he offered us a discount on our food and we replied with why would we ever eat your food if this is how you treat your customers and left. Terrible, terrible service, don't waste your money!!

Expected 'cafeteria' quality wings but we were pleasantly surprised! Really tasty (ask for extra crisp to avoid rubber skin), lots of great sauce choices and the buffalo chips (sliced potatos) with cheese were awesome with a little Bleu cheese dressing on them! Looking forward to lunch at the Albuquerque BWW tomorrow!

Maybe I'm just outgrowing this food, but it was pretty bad. Our server was great, but this other server literally walked up to our table and stood adjacent to us (like where our server would stand) to watch TV. After a few moments, she realized she was being super unprofessional and left, but still... I get that it's also a bar, but that's why there's a super deliberate divider between the bar area and the family area. Anyway, the sauce is overpowering. The fried mushrooms taste like 90% batter and 10% mushrooms. I used to love this stuff as a college kid, but either the quality has gone down or I have grown up.

The food was pretty good. The service was slow and nobody cared. Took about 45 min to get Tacos.

First time here and probably last. Service was very slow then it took them like 20 min to figure out whose check was whose and their orders where all disorganized. One of the waiters that attended us where from the buffalo wild wings at Moore. First off when all the wife's notice how hard you are trying to get a tip by flirting with the husbands you need to back off. You wont get a good tip that way. Im not bad about tipping but when your all up on my husband and pretend I'm not there and even my husband notices it and moves away but they keep trying. Other than that the food was ok and their service super slow and they didn't even have black Russians there. And they had a bunch of workers just standing around bathroom area and place wasnt at all packed .

Sorry to the big fans. For my money, I would much rather have wings at Hooters. Also, I leave smelling like smoke every time I eat there. The separation just does not work. The staff is all very friendly though and seem to be having a good time for what that is worth.

A 2.5 for sure. We actually had very good service, but it took us a long time to be seated despite tables being available. I'm all right with waiting, but it's a little offputting to be standing not five feet away from multiple staff members and have them all studiously ignore you for 30 seconds or so (including the one at the host stand, which is of course one of the top things you would NOT expect someone standing there to do). The high ceilings and few interior walls to speak of create echo chamber acoustics, so it can get pretty loud. The food was about the same as always: Boneless wings with hot bbq sauce are some of the best chicken wings you can get at a chain restaurant in the 1990s, but are simply mediocre nowadays. Thin-cut fries were similarly uninspiring. So for the chicken wing/football addict, I suppose this Buffalo Wild Wings will do. No need for the rest of us to bother, I'm sorry to say.

This was a nasty buffalo wild wings. It was crazy how dirty this place was! Trash on the floor, dirty booths and rude staff. Very crappy experience man. I had wicked indigestion all night afterward. Avoid this noid man! Cons 1) really dry wings 2) dirty dirty dirty 3) I don't think they have a manager.....at all. I won't even do a "pro" section cuz its empty.

I have been here many times but this time everything is going wrong. Server got so confused the manager came out to figure it out. Still got the order wrong. Then before we are done eating the server starts removing dishes with food and drops off the bill.

This isn't my first time to Buffalo Wild Wings. It's actually my 2nd time in OKC. The first time visited was a much better experience. This time however, was horrible. I decided to order an 8 piece boneless wings. I saw that they had a Thai Curry flavor for a limited time, so I decided to try it. Big mistake... The Thai Curry flavor was one of the most saltiest piece of crap flavor I've ever tasted before. On top of that, it isn't even Thai Curry flavor. I can tell that they used the Indian Curry powder instead. It sauce was very poorly made. The second flavor that I ordered was the Sweet BBQ. I was hoping since I won't be able to finish my Thai Curry, maybe I could still enjoy this instead. Wrong again.. I don't know why they call it sweet BBQ when the flavor it so salty you can't taste anything else. I'm not sure what's up with this place but it was a horrible experience for me. I consider myself a pig and would never waste food, especially if I have to pay for it. In this case, I couldn't finish and I didn't even ask for a "to go" box. Stick to the flavors you like, but if you want to try something new then best of luck.

Not a fan of this location. Terrible to get to if heading north on Sooner...Nearly impossible to make a left turn into the lot unless it is the middle of the night. The food came out incorrect (even though we ordered a "build your own burger", it wasn't even close to how we built it). The staff was inattentive and didn't seem to care. I had to track my waiter down multiple times to get something. Soda sat empty for 10 minutes. He was nowhere to be found when we wanted the check. Didn't bother to ask if we wanted to-go boxes (which we did) even though there were at least 15 wings left over. Will not return to this location and will stick with the Moore one.

This is by far the worst bww that I have ever been to. I have been there twice because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I organized a going away there and there were about 18 people there. Some people got their food right away and others waited for an hour and a half. Then our check was all messed up. I had told the waitress how I wanted it divided and she said I'll hurt take the orders and we will sort it out later. I complained to the manager and he made a slew of excuses. To give an example he said, "well we got slammed hard with to go orders so, the kitchen got backed up." I had called ahead that day and a few weeks in advance so, this excuse did not fare well with me. It seems like people who were there in person would have priority. I arrived at 11am and left there at 145pm. I then filed a complaint with corporate. Second time I stopped by at dinner time with my husband and two kids. The waitress stated she was new. My husband ordered 20 naked wings with sauce on the side. What we got... 4 orders of 5 piece chicken strips (4 plates w/ 4 fries) when the bill came it was six meals and my husbands alone was about $50. Not only was the order completely wrong, but the check was wrong too. The manager came over and fixed it. We would have sent the food back, but we were on a tight schedule. The food is good, but service takes forever and the bill is typically incorrect. I hope that they get their act together.

I like going here for wings on Thursday for lunch. The wings are usually pretty good, although the application of sauce is not always consistent. Sometimes there's too much and sometimes too little. They're usually pretty busy at lunch, and although the wait staff is usually very friendly and do their best to keep up, the orders sometimes take a while to get to the table. Prices are pretty reasonable. Only complaint is the smell. I can't put my finger on it, but it smells almost like feet in the dining area.

Do not go here after 9 pm. We walked in and 4 employees stared at us. Finally one walked up and asked us how many would be in our party. We ordered a round of drinks and never got them. We waited too long for our food as well. It seems like this is a trend at most Bwws.

Really wanted some wings. Walked back to the bar and about lost it. The cigarette smoke was as thick as I've ever experienced. Couldn't take it. Didn't want to sit with the kiddies so I left. Jesus somebody open a hookah bar next door.

I love sports bars. There aren't many of them. The food is edible and they have beer. That's where all three stars came from. Because otherwise, the place is kind of crappy. I had the ribs and wings combo. The waitress specifically asked twice what kind of wings I wanted, boneless or traditional? I said traditional. Twice. Guess what kind I got? Yeah. Not the traditional kind... Whatever, it was chicken, covered in super spicy sauce. (The Mango Habanero is my fave.) The ribs had been hacked to death so they had shards of bone throughout and almost no sauce on them. They were tender though. I made the mistake of ordering a frozen margarita instead of beer. As Vivian would say, "Big mistake. HUGE." It was weirdly colored, kind of greyish. And only frozen in parts. It was like a grey, lumpy island in a sea of...syrup? Because there was def no alcohol in it. Gross. Go to enjoy the games because the TVs are great. Order beer. And be kind of easy going on whatever you order because it will probably be wrong. But it will still probably taste good and be edible...and you'll be watching the game!

This is the worst Wild wings I have ever been to. The service is always slow and last time I was there for a football game they didn't turn on the afternoon games until after the first quarter.

This is the best BWW I've eaten at in the metro area. They're generous with the wing sauce and allow you to upgrade the lunch specials. Service is fast and they are close to downtown Oklahoma City. Although close to Tinker, this location is large and seems to handle the crowd well.
